We recruit staff for a specific client and premise in mind. It is our company’s policy that 60% of our security officers have previous experience from within the industry. We make every effort to ensure that our staff is dedicated to perusing a career within the industry, and at the same time provide a high standard of professionalism on site security, through the long term retention of our staff. We use all mediums of recruitment from local press to the job centers.In order to meet client’s satisfaction, we strive to make sure that we only provide a security guard and security service based on the effectiveness of the personal employed to undertake these duties. To ensure this, security guards between 21 and 50 years of age are eligible for employment and all persons will have their employment vetted thoroughly prior to the last 10 years of their previous employment. Confirmation of employment is also subject to three months probationary period.
